In my group personal training sessions I use only techniques that have been found and two, get awesome results.

What are they?

# 1 - The Paleo Diet

In a study by the University of Lund in Sweden they put the Paleo Diet to the diabetic diet. The diet use them to help people at risk of diabetes, losing fat and to normalize their body. The results? The Paleo Diet The Diabetes Diet knocked out of the water with better results in weight and in all health markers. It's amazing how well this diet in actually helping people to lose fat. If you want fat loss proven that this diet is amazing at delivering results. I had a client use this diet in addition to my work out program and lost 30 pounds in two months!

The problem is our inability to be bound finished with high carbohydrate and anti-nutrients in the modern baker's bread-based products and strengths. If you eat all your carbs from fruit and vegetables, a moderate-fat diet and a moderate protein diet, these results can be achieved. The fat loss proved.

# 2 - High Intensity Interval Training


In a study by the University of Laval in Quebec, Canada, they found that half of high intensity interval training (HIIT) lose Tester alarmingly higher rates than traditional low intensity cardio fat. But the best part is they did it in less time. The HIIT group was tested for 15 weeks compared to the slow cardio's 20! The results do not lie and they are proven.

I've seen it in my classes. I did HIIT members that were used, without dieting in some form, and have up to 15 pounds, build lean muscle and lost Heavy fighting her waist inches in a few months. The fat loss proved.
