Automatic Fat Loss - The Real Magic Bullets

 
There are few methods that I know of (and is even recommended) to almost automatically have fat loss.

The first is what I am "normal" carb diet combined with intermittent fasting call. I personally have lost up to 10 pounds in a week on this diet. But the real question, what is "normal "?

Eating for 10 carbohydrates a day like Atkins? Or should "ketosis" diet based at 50-80 grams of carbs per day to eat? Or eat 300 grams or more per day diet, like most Americans.

In my experience no. The best way to do this is to a more moderate carb eating or normal levels of carbohydrates. The amount depends on activity but usually falls in around 125 to 200 grams of carbs per day. But the trick is to make sure that you are getting the majority to all of your carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables. Bread and other starches just seem to keep you back with their high glycemic profiles. While fruit and vegetables digest slowly and meet more (and contain far more vitamins and nutrients)

The only other technique I have the automatic Fat Loss know, is high intensity training protocols. You want to use with high intensity and high intensity cardio lifting. If the use of these techniques will make your body in a constant state behind fat loss and you will see literally fall off the weight. Try shortening the rest periods does, circuits, or try a MMA-style lifting routine you will be amazed with the results.
