When it comes to the best Fat Loss Methods is not always about which methods are best. It's more what's going to work for you and your lifestyle. I know there are techniques that are more efficient than others, but that does not mean everyone should do it.

For example, I'm not going to a beginner who has never worked before interval sprints. It would be way out of their league. But reasonable intervals at 60 or 70% VO2 Max for the beginner.
